MOT Tester / Vehicle Technician
Location:
Stockport
Salary: £33,000 - £36,000 Overtime available
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm (Saturdays on rota, paid as overtime)

We're looking for an experienced MOT Tester / Vehicle Technician to join a busy, modern workshop in Crawley. This is a great opportunity for a skilled professional who takes pride in delivering high‑quality workmanship, enjoys a friendly team environment, and wants to progress within a reputable organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct MOT tests in accordance with DVSA standards
- Perform servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a range of vehicle makes and models
- Diagnose faults efficiently using the latest diagnostic equipment
- Ensure all work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard
- Maintain accurate service and repair records
- Support colleagues and maintain workshop standards
- Qualified MOT Tester with a valid DVSA licence
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Full UK driving licence
- £33,000 - £36,000 DOE
- Overtime opportunities are paid at enhanced rates
- Monday-Friday working hours with minimal weekend requirements
- 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays
