Multi-Skilled Tiler Stockport £22 per hour (CIS) Temp to Ongoing Our client, a leading social housing provider, is looking to recruit an experienced Multi-Skilled Tiler to carry out responsive maintenance and repairs across domestic properties in Stockport.

This is a long-term opportunity offering consistent local work within tenanted properties.

The role involves a variety of small but essential repair jobs, ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

Multi-Skilled Tiler Role

• Tiling and repairing bathrooms and kitchens in tenanted properties
• Patch tiling, re-grouting and silicone work
• Carrying out responsive and day-to-day maintenance repairs
• Completing jobs in occupied homes with a professional approach
• Using a tablet to manage SORs and update job progress This is a varied position with a mix of tiling and general multi-trade repairs.

Multi-Skilled Tiler Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a tiler
• Previous social housing maintenance experience
• Multi-trade skills including tiling, plastering, basic joinery and plumbing
• Confident using a tablet for SORs and job updates
• Full UK Driving Licence (maximum 4 points)
• Reliable, professional and customer-focused What’s on Offer for a Multi-Skilled Tile - £22 per hour (CIS)
• Long-term ongoing contract with potential for permanent role
• Fully expensed van and fuel card (provided after induction)
