Premier Inn in Middlesbrough is seeking a Duty Manager developing into Hotel Manager, with 40 guaranteed hours per week and a permanent contract. You’ll move across reception, housekeeping and the restaurant to keep the hotel running smoothly and deliver outstanding guest service.
You’ll lead by example, travel across cluster sites, support guests, coach teammates and aim for future progression to Hotel Manager while enjoying structured training and a supportive leadership team.
