The role will be responsible for grant tracking, reconciliations, reimbursement preparation, financial reporting, accounts receivables and assist with additional duties and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field would be preferred (or equivalent professional experience)
* Grant support, invoicing, reconciliations, reporting, and compliance
* Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
* Software experience with Quickbooks preferred
* Ability to analyze complex technical and business issues)
* Detailed, organized, and thorough
* Excellent communications, outgoing, and good customer service skills
* Team player, thoughtful, with an ability to advise management
Experience:
3 years of accounting experience with experience in a non-profit organization )
