Pacific Staffing is partnering with a highly successful logistics company in Stockton, CA to identify an experienced Corporate Controller who is ready to step into a key leadership role. This position reports directly to the CFO and oversees multi entity accounting operations, financial reporting, and strategic analysis across several business lines.

- Compensation: $160,000-$200,000 (DOE)
- Schedule: 100% onsite in Stockton, CA
As the Corporate Controller, you will guide the accounting team, ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data, and manage the full accounting cycle for multiple entities. You will oversee monthly close, financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis while serving as a key partner to senior leadership. You'll also play a hands-on role in improving processes, strengthening reporting, and supporting the company’s continued growth.

- You bring 7+ years of progressive accounting experience across AP, AR, GL, cash management, and financial statement preparation.
- You have experience managing financials for multiple entities and enjoy the complexity that comes with it.
- You're confident in forecasting, financial analysis, and process improvement.
- You're comfortable working independently, making decisions, and leading a team.
- You have strong technical skills, ideally including Business Central, Power BI, and advanced Excel.
