Look no further! We have a fantastic opportunity for a Receptionist / Administrator to join our team here at Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council.
We are looking for:
Someone with strong organisational and communication skills, excellent customer service abilities, and confidence in using IT systems. Experience in administration or reception work is desirable, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a busy environment. A positive, professional approach and attention to detail are essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of dementia and carer support (or willingness to learn).
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Strong organisational and IT skills.
In this roleyou willbe requiredtodeliver administrative and reception support to the Live Well Hub and Adult Carers Support Service.
Your responsibilities will include being the first point of contact for visitors and callers, responding to queries in person, by phone, and email,maintainingaccuraterecords and databases, managing diaries,booking and setting up rooms, and ordering resources to support service delivery.

This is a part time role of 12 hours per week (Thursday & Friday) and the actual salary for the role is £8,563 - £8,699.
