Administrative Assistant/Receptionist - Stockton, CA

SERVPRO of Belmont/San Carlos, San Leandro & Stockton is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist for our Stockton location. Do you love helping people through difficult situations? Primary

Responsibilities
  • Answer phones.
  • Maintain log of all calls.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Send out emails and written correspondence.
  • Meet crucial deadlines.
  • Complete internal job file quality reviews.
  • Perform detailed and accurate data entry.
  • Assist Estimators with estimates and billing invoices.
  • Assist with crew and job scheduling.
  • Assist other departments, as needed.
Position Requirements

· 2+ years of administrative or office related experience.

· Customer service experience, quality assurance, and scheduling a plus.

· Experience with billing, quality assurance, and scheduling a plus.

· Experience in service industry environment a plus.

· Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and a consistently courteous and professional tone of voice at all times.

· Possess polite, confident, and excellent customer service skills as well as listening and questioning skills.

· Ability to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.

· Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.

· Self-motivated and goal oriented.

· Ability to multi-task.

· Capability to work in a fast paced, team-oriented office environment.

· Proficient in MS Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel).

· Ability to learn new software including Xactimate and proprietary software.

· Minimum high school diploma or GED.

· Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.

Hours

· 40 hours/week. Hours between 7:00am and 7:00pm.

· Must be flexible to work overtime when required.
