About the MuseumOpening September 2026, the Lucas Museum of Narrative Art is the first museum dedicated to visual storytelling. Located in Exposition Park, we're looking for a Parking Administrative Coordinator to manage the behind-the-scenes operations that keep our parking running smoothly — ensuring every guest has a seamless experience from the moment they arrive.
Our CultureWe believe great service starts with great people. Our team thrives on taking pride in their work, staying calm when things get busy, showing up because the team counts on them, and supporting each other. We invest in our people and treat every role as essential.
The PositionYou are the organizational backbone of our parking operation. As the Parking Administrative Coordinator, you'll manage the SKIDATA parking access and revenue control system, process invoices and validations, handle customer and tenant account requests, and ensure accurate revenue reporting. You're the go-to person for walk-in, phone, and email inquiries — keeping everything accurate, organized, and running smoothly behind the scenes.
What You'll DoSKIDATA & System Operations:- Operate and troubleshoot SKIDATA PARCS — gate arms, payment kiosks, ticket dispensers, and validation stations
- Set up, update, and deactivate monthly parker, tenant, and employee accounts
- Issue and program access cards, credentials, and gate transponders
- Prepare and process monthly parking, tenant, and client invoices
- Validate vendor invoices against SKIDATA reports, contracts, and rate schedules
- Pull and review daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and occupancy reports
- Reconcile reported revenue against bank deposits and accounting records
- Respond to parking requests by phone, email, and in person — permits, access issues, validations, lost tickets, and billing disputes
- Maintain accurate records of permits, validations, invoices, and account changes
- Support month-end and audit processes with compiled reports and documentation
- Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on experience
- Full-time schedule with consistent weekly hours
- A supportive team culture that treats every role as essential
- Growth opportunities — many supervisors and managers started in operational roles
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum age 18 or older
- SKIDATA PARCS experience strongly preferred; other PARCS platforms considered
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers and records
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Clear, professional communication skills — by phone, email, and in person
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and track multiple tasks with minimal supervision
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial, payment, and personal information
- Experience processing invoices, accounts receivable/payable, or revenue reconciliation
- College coursework in business, accounting, or a related field
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Detail-oriented and accurate
- Customer-focused and professional
- Calm under pressure and reliable
- Organized and able to multitask
- Enjoys a structured, fast-paced office environment
- Sit, stand, and move between office and garage/lot areas as needed
- Use hands and fingers to operate computer, phone, and access-control equipment
- Observe screens, reports, and records for accuracy
- Hear and respond to customers, phone calls, and radio communications
- Lift and carry up to 15–20 pounds occasionally
