Position: Behavior Technician (Bilingual: Spanish Speaking)
Job Type Part-time Description What Is A Behavior Technician? Think of yourself as a real-life hero helping kids learn important life skills! You'll provide play-based therapies to help children communicate, learn, and grow. You'll celebrate milestones-big and small-like tying shoelaces or saying "hello" for the first time. You'll work alongside incredible BCBAs who will support you every step of the way.

Building meaningful relationships with clients and their families. Collecting data on your iPad to track growth and celebrate achievements. Collaborating with a dynamic clinical team. Traveling to homes, daycares, or schools to provide individualized support.

Be at least 18 years old. High School diploma. Reliable transportation, driver's license, and insurance. Ability to lift/carry toys & materials (25-50 lbs). Energy to play, patience to teach, and heart to care. Bonus points if you:
Have experience working with kids or individuals with Autism or are an RBT already. Speak Spanish or know ASL.
