Construction Estimator - Construction Abatement and Remediation Specialist
Base Salary to 140k/year – Stockton, CA

Over 25 years of experience providing a full spectrum of asbestos and lead remediation services for both the public and private sectors. - The Construction Estimator can live anywhere in California and will be responsible for estimation on public works, municipalities, and school projects throughout Northern California.
- Review environmental reports (asbestos, lead, mold, PCBs, etc.) and site assessments to determine project scope and remediation approach.
- Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for abatement materials, labor, equipment, disposal, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Develop accurate cost estimates and bid proposals in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and applicable regulations.
- Coordinate with project managers, field supervisors, industrial hygienists, and subcontractors to validate assumptions and pricing.
- Analyze labor productivity, containment methods, phasing, and site constraints to assess risk and cost impacts.
- Maintain current knowledge of local, state, and federal environmental regulations, disposal fees, and union or prevailing wage requirements.
- Support preconstruction and bid review meetings, value-engineering efforts, and change order pricing throughout the project lifecycle.
- 5+ years of experience in abatement and remediation estimating.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Experience estimating Public Works projects.
- In-depth understanding of processes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Base salary up to 140k/year
