Responsibilities: Perform detailed quantity takeoffs, analyze public/federal RFP requirements, manage sub‑solicitations, compile hard‑bid and conceptual estimates, and participate in value engineering sessions for public agency projects.
Qualifications: 4 years of dedicated commercial or public works estimating experience; expert‑level understanding of public bid processes, unit pricing, and subcontractor networks; proficiency in estimating software (e.g., On‑Center, Bluebeam, Win Est).
