Thispositionrequiresanemploymenthistorywithafocusin Restoration Constructionfieldmanagement .The Superintendentisresponsibleforthesupervisionandmanagementofallaspectsofassignedproject(s) frommobilizationthroughpunchlistanddemobilization,includingclientrelations,andcostcontrolofgeneralconditions.
The Superintendent is Haggerty ’sdirectlinkbetween
Haggerty,our clients,and subcontractors/vendors.
Theminimumrequirementsforthispositioninclude,butarenotlimitedto,the following:
Quality/Supervision
- Ensuringallconstructionworkperformedisofthehighestquality
- Ensuringprojectmobilizationoccursincludingallnecessarysignageand(HCI) jobsitebranding
- Workswith Claims Managertoresolveproblemsregardingplansorspecifications ,conflictswiththeclients,and subcontractors
- Accuratelyunderstandingandnotingplanstoensurescopecoverage
- EnsuringdemobilizationofHCIownedequipmentandalltradesfromthejobsiteoccursandsiteisleftinaclean,orderly manner
- Generationandtimelycompletionoftheprojectpunchlist.
- Mustknowall Third-Party Administrator(TPA) programworkprogramrequirementsaswellas
Xactimateestimatesandbudgets. - Constructiontrack-mustunderstandscope,schedule work,communicate professionally,ensureprojectsafety,andmaintainqualitycontrol
- Mustpossesscriticalskillsincludingbutnotlimitedto:
- Time management
- Budgeting
- Scheduling
- Sitesupervision
- Crystalclearcommunicationbothinternallyandwithcustomers
- Quality control
- Safety
- Documentation
- Mustcontinuallyadvancetheirknowledgeofcurrentconstructionpractices
- Reviewdailyrequirementsoftheprojects,documentprogressandnotifymanagersofprogressandchallenges
- Provideappropriatefielddocumentation,photologs,graphsandsketchesforvariousTPAprojects
- SafeguardingHCIand Customerproperty
- Musthaveacomprehensiveunderstandingofcustomerservice,principlesandpractices
- Mustworkwithintimeconstraintstomeetspecifictimelines
- Superviseandself-performresidentialandlightcommercialwork
- Plan,coordinate,andoverseetheworkofHCIteamandsubcontractorsinallphasesofconstruction
- Regularlysupervisemultiplecrewssimultaneouslyonmultipleprojects
- Understandandadheretolocalbuildingcodesandregulatoryagencies
- Accurateandtimelysubmittalofany Incident Reportsto Safety Manage rand HRManagerwithin
24hoursofinjury - Maintainingasafeworkenvironment,adheringtoHCI’ssafetypoliciesandprocedures,andensuringallpeopleonthejobsitefollowthesame
- Holdingweeklytailgatesafetymeetingsandobtainingsignaturesfromallinattendance
- Maintainingandrefillingcompanyassigned Vehicle First Aid Kit
- Completing Monthly Vehicle Inspectionsforcompanyassignedvehicleandturninginbydateindicatedby Vehicle Administrator .
- Maintaining/refillingalldocumentsinthe
Vehicle Binder - Weeklysubcontractorforemanmeetingsthatreviewallprojectspecificdetails(when applicable)
- Attendalloperationsandsafetymeetingsasrequired
- The Superintendentreportsdirectlytothe General Superintendent
