Key Responsibilities- Lead project management plan preparation and execution
- Oversee project schedules and coordinate with Superintendents
- Conduct pre-award and pre-construction meetings
- Manage regulatory approvals and permits
- Develop monthly client payment requests and follow-ups
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- At least 5 years in the commercial construction field
- Must have OSHPD experience
- Skilled in estimating and contractual knowledge
- Team collaboration and delegation abilities
