Haley Contracting in Stockton, CA is seeking a Senior Estimator / Project Manager to help grow our Civil Division. The role is roughly 50% estimating and 50% project management, spanning pursuit through project completion.
You will prepare competitive estimates for underground utility and sitework, review plans and bid documents, perform takeoffs with Bluebeam and B2W, and lead bid strategies while coordinating with owners, municipalities, and vendors.
