The Superintendentisresponsibleforoverseeingandmanagingallaspectsofassignedconstructionprojectsfrommobilizationtodemobilization,ensuring quality,safety,cost control,andclientsatisfaction.

Thisroleactsastheon-siteleaderandprimarypointofcontactbetween

Construction,subcontractors,vendors,and clients.

The Superintendentensuresworkisperformedaccordingtoplans,specifications,safety standards,andschedulerequirements.

• Maintainprojectquality,safety,andcomplianceon-sitefromstarttofinish.
• Managefieldcoordination,logistics,andschedulingwithalltradesandserveastheproject’sliaisontotheclient,project team,and subcontractors.
• Ensuretimelyandaccuratedocumentationandreporting.
• EnforceHCI’sstandardsofcleanliness,safety,and professionalism.

• Ensureallworkmeetsthehigheststandardsofqualityandspecificationcompliance.
• Coordinateprojectmobilization,includingHCIsignageandbranding.
• Managedailyactivitiesofsubcontractors,vendors,andHCIstaff.
• Workcloselywiththe Project Managertoresolvedesignandfieldconflicts .
• Ensuredemobilizationisexecutedcleanlyandthoroughly.
• Generateandcompleteprojectpunchliststimely.
• Overseecleanlinessoftheworksiteandenforcesubcontractoraccountability.
• Maintain job-specificknowledgeandprovidegeneraloversightforself-perform work.
• UpholdHCI’ssafetypoliciesandproceduresacrossalljobsitepersonnel.
• Conductweeklytailgatesafetymeetingsandmaintainattendancerecords.
• Submitincidentreportswithin
  24hoursofoccurrence.
• Maintainemergencymedicalkitsandsafetydocumentation.
• ConductmonthlyvehicleinspectionsandensureOSHAcompliance.
• Leadregularsubcontractorsafetymeetingsandorientations.
• RespondtoemergenciesinaccordancewithHCI’sEmergency Action Plan .
• Submit detailed Daily Reportswithphotosby Fridayofeachweek .
• DocumentandcommunicatechangeordersandRFI’stothe

• Submitmanpowerrequests

• Represent Haggerty Construction professionally .

Required:

• Extensive hands-onconstructionexperience(e.g.,journeymanorforemanbackground).
• Advancedknowledgeofconstructionplans,specifications,andbuildingsystems.
• Provenleadershipandmotivationalabilities.
• Excellent problem-solvinganddecision-making skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook,Word,Excel,Project),AdobePDF,and Procore.

Preferred/Considered:

• CPRandFirst-Aid certified.
• OSHA
  30-hour certification.
• 5-10yearsofexperienceintheconstructionindustryinasupervisoryrole.

• Leadership–Abilitytomanagetradesandholdsubcontractorsaccountable.
• Field Coordination–Strong scheduling,planning,andexecutioncapabilities.
• Problem-Solving–Resourcefulinresolvingin-fieldissuestoavoidprojectdelays.
