Salary:$75,000-$95,000annually(Exempt/Salaried)

The Project Manager (PM) providesestimatingandprojectmanagementservicesandoverseestheexecutionofmaintenanceworkordersandserviceagreements.

ThePMalsoperformsmaintenance-relatedtasksasneeded.

• Developandmaintainpositiverelationshipswithclients.
• Estimateprojectsandpreparebudgetedproposalsforclientsuponapprovalfromthe Operations Manager .
• Negotiateandexecuteservicecontracts.
• Prepareconstructionschedules.
• Completeproject-specificdailyreportsandphotographs.
• Attendclientmeetings.
• Coordinate,oversee,andmanagebuildingrepairandmaintenanceworkperformedbytechnicians,vendors,and contractors.
• Reviewworkorderstoensureassignmentsarecompletedaccuratelyandontime.
• Ensureprojectsarecompletedonschedule.
• Conductfacilityinspectionsandpreparefinalreports.
• Obtainandreviewpricequotesfortheprocurementofmaterials,services,andlabor.
• Managecapitalprojectsandprepareoperatingbudgetsandvariancereports.
• Managevendorrelationships.
• Reviewinvoicesandensureaccuratecostcoding.
• Performavarietyofmaintenance-related tasks.
• Performotherdutiesasassigned.

• Ensuresafeworkingconditionsforallemployees,subcontractors,andvisitorsattheofficeandjobsites.
• Enforceallestablishedsafetyregulationsandsafeworkpractices.
• Takeappropriateactiontoensurecompliancewithsafetypoliciesandprocedures.
• ComplywithandimplementOSHAregulationsoncompanypremisesandjobsites.
