Execute the MIC (Manager-In-Charge) Success Routine and ensure responsibilities under People, Customers and Service are completed.;
Ensure all Team Members complete their Shift Excellence tasks for their assigned positions and maintain neat appearance.;
Resolve customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive customer relations; greet customers warmly and with urgency.;
Assist RGM with cash control, inventory, and labor; oversee proper product preparation, rotation, and holding times.;
Provide regular feedback and training to Team Members; handle conflicts and support resolution with RGM.
