Para IV - Extensive Support Needs Classroom
In order to qualify for a Paraprofessional IV position you must have completed ONE of the following:
- Earned 48 or more college units
- Hold an AA degree or higher
- Have taken and passed Lincoln Unified School District’s proficiency test dated January 1, 2003 or later.
Upon being hired, Paraprofessionals will receive one half of the signing and retention bonus. The second half of the signing and retention bonus will be received after completing one year (12 months) in the position.
