The Associate Clinical Professor or Clinical Professor, Director of Professional Programs is a full-time, non-tenure track appointment at the University of the Pacific, Thomas J. Long School of Pharmacy. The Director of Professional Programs serves as a member in the Department of Pharmacy Practice, Office of Professional Programs. In collaboration with the Associate Dean of Professional Programs, the Director of Professional Programs oversees the overall coordination of the experiential curriculum, supports the Regional Coordinators and supervises the administrative staff in the Office of Professional Programs.

• A Pharm.
  
  D. degree with residency and/or fellowship, or equivalent experience, is required.
• Must be licensed as a Registered Pharmacist or eligible for licensure in California.
• Current Regional Coordinator within the University of Pacific is required.
• Strong leadership, at least 5 years of experiential education coordination experience, clinical practice experience, ethical conduct, professionalism, multicultural and diversity competence, management abilities, and effective interpersonal communication skills are required.

• Experience and sensitivity in working with people of diverse backgrounds and cultures.
• Demonstrated experience in advancing social justice, equity, and inclusion in a university setting.
• Ability to engage and integrate culturally responsive practices and knowledge in their work.
