Experience and

Education:

Any combination of education, training and experience equivalent to completion of the twelfth (12) grade and four (4) years of broad, varied and increasingly responsible clerical experience, including experience in the operation of word processing equipment and the ability to handle sensitive personnel office matters. College level coursework in personnel administration or related field is highly desirable. License and Certificates:
Possession of valid California driver's license Typing certificate for fifty (50) words per minute

SATIFACTORY TESTING IN TYPING IS REQUIRED BY THE CLOSING DATE. All applicants including current District employees are required to supply their valid typing certificate. Candidates must provide a valid typing certificate from SUSD School for Adults ONLY. School for Adults 1525 Pacific Avenue, Stockton, CA 95204 Typing Tests are given on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, By Appointment Only Stockton School for Adults front office  to schedule a test Sign up and pay the $10.00 fee
* in the front office.
* Entitles participant to (3) 5-minute timed tests on day of payment. Photo Identification/Picture  at time of test. Application and all supporting documents/materials must be received online by 4:00 pm on August 27, 2026. Interested applicants are requested to submit the following:

• Driver's License Copy (Valid California Driver's License)
• Letter of Introduction
• Resume (Current Resume)
• Typing Certificate (Valid Typing Certificate for 50wpm from the SUSD School for Adults)
