Training Instructor / Specialist
In alignment with Stockton Unified School District’s mission to support modern students in becoming multiskilled world contributors, the district is seeking an Instructional Specialist for a specialized, three‑year role funded through the Golden State Pathways Program. This position will lead innovative future forward curriculum development, learning opportunities, implementation and integration focused explicitly on the emerging fields of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and cybersecurity within Career Technical Education (CTE) pathways.
The incumbent will forge strong industry partnerships to establish advisory committee, secure and coordinate dynamic Work‑Based Learning opportunities, including targeted student internships. Additionally, the specialist will align these programs with postsecondary institutions to create and expand valuable dual enrollment opportunities.
- At least five (5) years of certificated teaching experience within CTE, STEM, or College and Career Readiness programs/pathways.
- Possession of a valid California driver’s license.
- First Aid and CPR certificates must be obtained within sixty (60) days from the date of hire.
