Education and Experience:
- A Bachelor of Music or a related field required.
- Master of Arts or advanced degree or equivalent standards from a recognized college or university preferred.
- Three (3) years of successful music teaching experience, preferably to include vocal and instrumental music at both the elementary and secondary levels.
- Leadership experience working with teachers and administrators.
- Experience in working with ethnically diverse populations.
Licenses, Certifications and Other Requirements:
- Single Subject Music teaching credential required
- Appropriate California administrative and/or supervisory credential
- Possession of a valid California driver’s license
