NC Programmer — 5-Axis Aerospace Machining — $100k to $130k Base + Bonus — Stockton, California / Onsite — Tier 1 Aerospace Supplier

Salary: $30 - $50 per hour

Founded over 65 years ago and based in Stockton, California, we are a Tier 1 aerospace and defense supplier building flight hardware and complex machined structures for NASA, DoD, and commercial space customers. Much of what we produce has flown on our customers' platforms for decades. Our work spans precision machining, structures, and complex assemblies for launch vehicles, satellites, and defense platforms, making us one of the more capable independent manufacturers in the region.

• Long program tenure — flight hardware we machine stays on customer platforms for the long haul, meaning steady, sustained work

• Program and support the machining of flight and tooling components for aerospace structures, working from customer or internal engineering data using CAM software.
• Create NC machining programs to manufacture flight and tooling machined components.
• Maintain NC program revision status and archive computer files per company procedures.
• Generate associated tool lists and setup sheets for NC programs.
• Analyze data to determine product feasibility.
• Follow engineering data control procedures.

• NC programming experience with a 5-axis focus
• Working knowledge of Mastercam and Vericut
• Skilled in ANSI Y14.5 Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
• Proficiency in at least one of Solid Works, Creo, CATIA, or NX
• Associate through senior programmer levels considered
• Experience in any of the following areas welcomed:
• Operating CNC machines
• Aerospace or precision manufacturing environments
• AutoCAD
• Predator
