Job Description

Bank of America is looking for a customer engagement associate to assist clients with transactions at the front lobby and through self‑service resources. The role includes processing cash transactions, building client relationships, and ensuring compliance with bank policies.

• Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence.

• Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products and solutions.
• One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
• Six months of cash handling experience.
• Bachelor's degree or business‑relevant associate’s degree (e.g., business management, business administration, or finance).

High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.

Shift: 1st shift (United States of America). Hours per week: 40.

Hourly pay range: $25.00 - $26.77, determined based on experience, education, and skill set. This role is compensated with a base salary and is not incentive eligible.
