As a member of the Recruiting team, you'll develop strong relationships to understand Chow Now’s continually evolving organization. You will own the hiring efforts for various positions across multiple departments on both the technical and non-technical side of the house. You'll develop creative recruiting strategies and be a consultant to hiring managers and senior leaders, along with a focus on proactive networking, diversity hiring, and innovative approaches to passive candidate engagement.

This is a 4-6 month temporary engagement. Reports to the Recruiting Manager. No direct reports.

This is a remote role based in the United States.

• Progress through our Ramp Camp (Chow Now’s New Hire Onboarding Experience).
• Build strong relationships with the hiring managers that you support.
• Work with your Hiring managers to develop creative strategies for engaging top talent through resume screening, outbound sourcing, networking, referrals, etc
• Get your first candidate through the Recruiting funnel and to the final interview loop.
