Computer Care seeks an IT Asset Management Coordinator to steward laptops, tablets, and phones from check-in through deployment. You’ll review devices, open tickets, verify warranties, and guide customers through repairs, while keeping asset data accurate across sites.
You’ll coordinate with Customer Service, Sales, and Hardware Repair Technicians to move assets, update records, and ensure strict adherence to SLAs. A positive, organized, hands-on approach is essential.
