IT End User Services Technician – (FSO
2)

NTT DATA's client is seeking an IT End User Services Technician – (FSO
2). Day to day job duties include imaging and deployment of desktop and laptop PC workstations. Install minor peripheral devices and printers. Perform standard break/fix of desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile carts, printers and peripherals. Ensure new devices are accurately logged and tracked in the asset management system.

Basic qualifications include 3-5 years of Windows PC technical experience. Three to five years of strong knowledge of Windows operating system environment, network printing systems and Microsoft Office & Google Suite modules. Three to five years of solid customer service communications. An associate degree or technical institute degree/certificate is preferred.

Nice to have qualifications include healthcare environment experience. In a hospital environment.

This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
