Warehouse Associate - Stockton Distribution Center

Position:
Warehouse Associate at The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center (ARC) located in Stockton, CA. Pay: $16.90/hour.

The Salvation Army (TSA) Adult Rehabilitation Center (ARC) is a no‑fee program to assist men & women in their journey to complete our rehabilitation program. • Sort product efficiently and properly according to TSA policy.
• Provide Quality Assurance by inspecting products for defects and damages.
• Identify product correctly and direct to proper department for processing.
• Collect merchandise from the distribution center and transport materials safely.
• Follow safety measures established by TSA policy and government regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality as needed and required for the operation of the program.
• Overtime must receive written approval of supervisor; supervisor initials must appear on the timecard.
• Perform other written or verbal duties assigned by the Production Manager, Administrator or designated representative.

• High School graduate or equivalent (required).
• Demonstrated competency in the indicated skill area as verified by training or experience.
• Ability to read, write, and understand both written and verbal instructions.
• Warehouse experience (preferred, 1 year).

• Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist on an intermittent or continuous basis.
• Ability to grasp, push, pull objects.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to perform various repetitive motion tasks.

• Team Player – works well as a member of a group.
• GED or High School or Equivalent (required).
