Job Overview

Domino’s Pizza seeks energetic store team members to perform a variety of duties including preparing and operating equipment, stocking inventory, receiving orders, performing daily cleaning, and providing excellent customer service either on the phone or in store. Positions may be part‑time or full‑time.

Team members routinely move from delivery driver to store manager, and from store manager to franchise owner or corporate position. Domino’s offers many opportunities for career growth.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.
• Orientation and training provided on the job.
• Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.

• Perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide) accurately and quickly.
• Make correct monetary change.
• Use motor coordination for precise movements.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

• Exposure to varying weather conditions when removing trash or performing outdoor tasks.
• In‑store temperatures ranging from 36°F to 90°F and higher.
• Fumes from food odors.
• Exposure to cornmeal dust.
• Cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler.
• Hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F or higher.
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

• Talking and hearing on telephone.
• Near‑ and mid‑range vision required for most in‑store tasks.
• Depth perception.
• Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
• Standing, walking, and carrying heavy loads (up to 50 lb) with a hand truck.
• Crouching/squatting while stocking shelves or cleaning low areas.
• Reaching overhead up to 72 in and under the counter.
• Frequent use of hands for shaping dough, handling pizza peel, and assembling boxes.
• Driving passengers within a designated delivery area.

• Deliver product by car to customers.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.

• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Navigational skills to locate addresses within the delivery area.
• Ability to navigate adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings and private homes while carrying product.
