The company combines a strong foundation in food manufacturing and processing with an expanding consumer brand presence across retail, e-commerce, and other channels.
About the RoleThe Customer Supply Chain
Manager administers core operational functions that keep the business moving forward. This multi-faceted role serves as the primary bridge between customers, sales agencies, accounting, and production.
Responsibilities span the entire order lifecycle—from processing purchase orders and navigating retail portals to managing inventory levels and optimizing end-to-end logistics.
Beyond day-to-day execution, this role will spearhead continuous process improvements to scale the supply chain efficiently as the brand expands nationwide.
- Administer and maintain customer paperwork, online portals, and marketplace catalogs.
- Support brokers and sales agencies with paperwork, order fulfillment, and specific service needs.
- Support sales and marketing efforts by coordinating the shipment of sales samples, trade show supplies, and broad sampling campaigns.
- Fulfillment & inventory management - PO processing/invoicing, internal coordination.
- Manage inventory for finished goods and input materials (packaging and ingredients), including forecasting, purchasing, and planning.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Previous experience in sales operations, logistics, or customer service for leading grocery retailers and distributors (e.g., KeHE, UNFI, Target, Amazon, Walmart).
- Proficient with Excel, MS Office, and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills in a time-sensitive environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A self-starter mentality with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.
- Proficiency or experience with SAP Business One.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
- Experience in the dried fruit and nut industry.
- Strong understanding of inventory monitoring systems.
