O'Reilly Automotive - 3412 Perlman [Building Maintenance] As a Maintenance Specialist at O'Reilly Automotive, you'll:
Be responsible for the basic repair and general facilities and grounds maintenance;
Keep the grounds mowed, weeds pulled from plant beds, trees trimmed, and all trash picked up at all buildings in the DC facility and complex;
Clean, weld, and repair totes as required;
Keep all equipment used for ground maintenance in good working condition;
Perform preventive battery maintenance and provide detailed maintenance records for quarterly audits;
Assist with the general maintenance.
