SCA is seeking a dependable and hardworking Yard Worker to join our team in Stockton, CA. This role plays an important part in keeping our fleet and facility clean, organized, and safe. The Yard Worker will be responsible for performing light maintenance tasks such as washing vehicles, cleaning interiors, and maintaining the cleanliness of the parking lot. Additional responsibilities include assisting with basic facility upkeep and transporting parts as needed.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, safety-conscious, and able to work independently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on work in an active, outdoor environment.

Shift: Monday – Friday days

Pay Rate: $18/hour

Sweeping Corporation of America (SCA) provides professional power sweeping services for parking lots, streets, highways, construction sites, industrial facilities, and special events. Our advanced fleet features mechanical broom sweepers and regenerative air vacuum trucks. We also offer jet‑vac services for system cleaning and infrastructure maintenance.

• Perform light maintenance tasks, including washing and cleaning fleet vehicles (interior and exterior)
• Maintain cleanliness of the site’s parking lot and grounds
• Safely transport vehicle parts and equipment as needed
• Operate a pickup truck in a safe and responsible manner
• Assist with general upkeep of the facility when needed

• Valid Class C driver’s license
• Ability to pass and maintain a drug-free status (pre-employment and random testing required)
• Ability to safely operate a pickup truck
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally
• Must be able to stand for an entire shift and perform physical tasks including walking, climbing stairs, bending, pushing, pulling, and reaching
