DISHWASHER (FULL TIME) at Bon Appétit Management Company

University of the Pacific - 3601 Pacific Avenue, Stockton, CA 95211. Full‑time schedule; days and hours may vary, including late nights and weekends.

• 5 years of dishwashing experience preferred.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position.

$17.00 to $17.50 per hour.

Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils in an orderly and sanitary condition.

• Scrape, rinse, and wash dishes by hand or machine, ensuring complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Wash pots, pans, and trays based on assigned procedures.
• Polish silverware using appropriate equipment (burnishing machine, tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel, hand cloth).
• Ensure compliance with outlined safety procedures.
• Maintain chemical levels and temperatures as required.
• Keep ride area orderly and compliant with safety standards.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food prep surfaces.
• Remove trash and place it in designated containers; steam‑clean or hose garbage cans.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Assist with loading and unloading supplies and product.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
