MG Properties is seeking an experienced Community Manager for our beautiful property, Waterfield Square Apartments, located in Stockton, CA!

This person will be responsible for building and training their team, marketing the property, overseeing and maintaining the budget, and all operational tasks to help the property thrive!

• Build and train the team to deliver high‑quality resident service.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
• Oversee the property budget and financial performance, ensuring profitability.
• Manage day‑to‑day operational tasks, including maintenance, resident relations, and vendor coordination.

• Must have recent experience managing a fast‑paced apartment community.
• Supervisory and management experience is required.
• Strong team‑building and management skills.
• Demonstrated operations skills including marketing, budgets, and sales.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Consent to the possibility of audio recordings during work duties.

• Annual base salary: $75,000–$88,000, DOE.
• Monthly and performance‑based incentive bonuses.
• 10 days annual paid time off.
