Ensure equipment uptime through troubleshooting and repair of all equipment failures.;
Train and lead Operators, Mechanics, and Supervisors on technical procedures for high-speed bottle manufacturing and packaging.;
Lead continuous improvement projects with plant leadership involving upgrades and resolution of recurring problems.;
Rapidly identify machine problems and perform root-cause analysis to minimize downtime.;
Develop SOPs and transfer knowledge to Niagara team for operating and troubleshooting bottling production areas (blow molding, filling, labeling, packaging).
