Statco-DSI is recognized as an industry leader and is one of the largest sanitary process equipment distributors in North America for the dairy, food, beverage and bio-pharmaceutical industries.  As a member of our top tier welding team, you have a major impact on our customers and business.  You work at job sites, executing projects with top quality for our customers, as well as in our shop.
** How you’ll contribute to our team.
*** Participate in work site operations to complete jobs on time and within target budget margins
* Join, fabricate and repair metal by utilizing appropriate welding techniques
* Collaborate with the site team to ensure you help meet all project specifications
* Communicate project progress and/or difficulties for necessary support and guidance
* Assemble fabricated materials and equipment
* Interpret blueprints, specifications, diagrams or schematics to determine the appropriate welding processes for the job

Placement within our salary range is determined based upon years of directly relatable experience for your position. These components, along with local and national compensation survey data, contribute to deciding a candidate's potential starting rate of pay.

Total compensation includes your pay, potential short-term incentive opportunities, comprehensive medical/dental/vision programs, as well as life insurance, disability insurance, paid time off programs, a retirement savings plan with a company match, and a wellness program. And because we understand the importance of feeling protected, there is no waiting period for benefits – you are eligible on your first day of employment!

Base Salary Range: $53,144 - $91,104

*** High School Diploma or GED
* Two or more years experience operating as a commercial welder on stainless steel
* Experience with GTAW and Sanitary Purge Welding required
* Thorough knowledge of welding best practices and safety procedures
* Able to demonstrate your abilities through an on-site welding test
