Vander-Bend, a division of Vantedge Medical, seeks a Continuous Improvement Leader for our Stockton facilities. You will lead cross-functional CI initiatives, apply Lean and Operational Excellence, and drive safety, quality, and productivity improvements.
You will partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance to standardise processes, optimise material flow, and deliver measurable cost savings. A strong Lean/Six Sigma background and ERP experience are essential.
