We are on the hunt for a dynamic, experienced, and motivated 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. This is a permanent, full-time position where you will be responsible for ensuring that our production operations run smoothly and efficiently during the second shift. • Supervising and coordinating the activities of the production team during the second shift.
• Ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) at all times.
• Overseeing the implementation of Statistical Process Control (SPC) strategies and analyzing production data to identify areas for improvement.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and other technical documents to ensure production accuracy.
• Conducting regular team meetings, providing feedback, and fostering a positive work environment.
• Training new team members and providing ongoing coaching and development opportunities for existing staff.
• Collaborating with other shift supervisors and management to ensure seamless transitions between shifts and consistency in production standards and practices.
• Addressing and resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during the second shift.
• Ensuring safety protocols are adhered to and promoting a safety-first culture within the team.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the manufacturing industry.
• In-depth knowledge of SOPs, GMP, and SPCs.
• Proficiency in reading and understanding blueprints and diagrams.
• Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Willingness to work during the second shift and flexibility to adjust schedule as needed.
