Corto Olive Co. is seeking a Seasonal Cellar Technician to support safe handling, storage, movement, and quality maintenance of Extra Virgin Olive Oil at our Stockton facility. You will perform oil transfers, blending, filtration, and inventory records, with shifts up to 12 hours during peak harvest.
This on-site role requires adherence to safety and quality standards. Must be able to work at least six days per week and through December for post-harvest activities.
