Team Health has a full-time opportunity for a physician assistant (PA) or nurse practitioner (NP) to join our team in the observation unit of the emergency department (ED) eph's Medical Center in Stockton, California.
Observation Unit Details- 24 hours of advanced practice clinician (APC) coverage with 12-hour shifts.
- Fast‑paced unit working in close collaboration with the emergency department, consultants, support staff, and administrative physicians.
- Cases include cardiac, neurological, surgical, medical, trauma, overdoses, and some psychiatric disorders.
- 24/7 supervising physician oversight, on‑site emergency physician and hospitalist in‑house coverage.
- Two years of clinical experience in emergency medicine (EM), hospital medicine (HM), cardiology, or critical care.
- ACLS certification.
- Not accepting new graduates at this time.
Competitive compensation with an estimated base salary range of $95 to $95 hourly, with the opportunity to earn incentives.
