Registered Nurse; RN Home Health

Position Summary

Home Health RNs provide compassionate care in the comfort of patients’ homes, conducting assessments, administering medications, monitoring health, collaborating with healthcare professionals, maintaining records, offering support, and ensuring compliance with regulations. They need strong clinical skills, empathy, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

$130,000 – $160,000 per year. Compensation is determined by experience, knowledge, skills, location, internal equity, and market data.

• Current and unrestricted California RN license.
• At least 1 year of RN experience in a direct patient care setting.
• Current American Heart Association CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license.
