Best Home Health Providers Inc. is seeking a per diem Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in California to support patients in their homes across the Bay Area and beyond. You will follow RN-created care plans, educate families, and document care with a patient-first approach.
The ideal candidate has a CA LPN/LVN license, 3+ years of nursing experience (home health or med/surg preferred), CPR certification, and a reliable vehicle to travel to patient homes. Per visit compensation ranges $45–$55.
