About This Role

The Assistant Director of Nursing and Clinical Practice is responsible for collaborating with the Nursing and Clinical Practice Officer to plan and implement standards of practice for nursing staff and other health professionals. This role is ideal for leaders who are passionate about quality improvement and evidence-based practices in healthcare.

• Pay: $239,000 - $276,100/year
• Location: Stockton, CA
• Schedule: Full Time

• Assist in planning the scope and standards of practice for RNs, LVNs, and other health professionals.
• Leverage data insights to aid ongoing quality improvement programs.
• Educate administrators, physicians, and staff on regulatory requirements.
• Develop strategies, programs, and improvement opportunities for clinical education.
• Provide consultation to departments to support positive change.
• Build strategic relationships with key leaders to support care delivery.
• Evaluate current practices and support improvement plans.
• Manage designated units or teams by translating business plans into tactical action items.
• Oversee ambulatory operations to support patient care and compliance.
• Lead improvements to patient-centered operations and technology processes.

• Associate's Degree (ADN) required

• Leadership experience in nursing and clinical practice

• Current RN License in California
