$ negotiable per hour depending on experience and funding source.

• Utilizes the Licensed Vocational Nursing (LVN) process to monitor, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Perform Licensed Vocational Nursing (LVN) care which can include, but not limited to, enteral feedings, medication administration, tracheostomy care and respiratory treatments, while monitoring for any change of condition.
• Provide complete documentation of all care provided.
• The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) will perform duties within their scope of practice to meet direct patient care needs.

• Current California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) License
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray
• Current BLS card
