As an At Your Service Center Colleague, you are at the heart of delivering a seamless and personalized shopping experience. You’ll support all At Your Service activities, including Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS), merchandise returns, order pickups, and other assigned tasks—all while upholding Macy’s service standards.
This role requires strong multitasking abilities, problem‑solving, attention to detail, and a customer‑first mindset. You’ll thrive in a fast‑paced environment where flexibility is key, including working a variety of shifts such as nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities- Start every day with a positive example—greet teammates warmly, ensure the At Your Service area is clean and ready for customers, and review sales goals.
- Engage customers with genuine hospitality; build lasting relationships through personal conversations and eye contact.
- Assist customers in all aspects of total store fulfillment, including BOPS, using all required systems to complete transactions and keep the pickup area organized.
- Maintain a shoppable space—recover merchandise, keep pickup/return areas clean, and ensure timely curbside delivery of BOPS orders.
- Finish strong—share Loyalty program benefits, confirm customers have all they need, and thank them sincerely, sometimes walking the package around.
- Support one another with honesty, care, and collaboration to serve customers and communities better.
- Strive for continuous improvement—work hard, achieve sales goals, and learn from teammates to deliver individual and store results.
- Flexible availability: days, evenings, weekends, and holidays with dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Communicate effectively with customers, co‑workers, and supervisors.
- Read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English.
- Make prompt, sound decisions in real time to resolve customer needs.
- Work comfortably with customers and colleagues.
- Meet daily sales goal challenges.

Physical Requirements You Will Perform
- Talk, lift, constantly move, stand, and reach with arms and hands.
- Stand for at least two consecutive hours; lift at least 25 lbs.; stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and reach above eye level.
- Require close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
- Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash register, to process transactions.
