Jonus Group | Stockton, CA Personal Insurance Account Manager

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. The ideal candidate will manage a book of business with a total premium of $4 million, including home, auto, umbrella, and some high‑net‑worth accounts. This role requires a proactive individual with strong technical skills, a customer‑focused mindset, and the ability to handle renewals, quoting, marketing, and cross‑selling.

This is a hybrid position, requiring 1‑2 days in the office and the remainder of the week working remotely.

Salary Range: $60,000 – $75,000 annually

• Manage a book of business consisting of 800 client accounts with $4 million in premium.
• Handle renewals, quoting, cross‑selling, and upselling opportunities.
• Process endorsements and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with a virtual assistant for back‑end support.
• Work with standard lines accounts, including home, auto, and umbrella policies.
• Utilize AMS
  360 software for account management and documentation.

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in AMS
  360 or similar agency management software.
• Strong technical skills and ability to adapt to new technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, go‑getter mentality with a focus on client satisfaction.
