Field Sales Representative

Overview

Join an elite group of sales professionals bringing customized, white‑glove experiences directly into customers’ homes. As a Field Sales Representative at AT&T, you will connect with customers, introduce the latest technology and services, and thrive on the challenge of meeting your sales goals.

You will be the face and voice of AT&T, working independently to deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments. Your tasks include closing deals by offering hands‑on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolutions, thereby keeping customers connected to what matters most to them.

• 1+ years of commission sales experience required; outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficiency in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Valid driver’s license; ready to drive, as a company vehicle is provided for official use.
• Ability to work a varied schedule – evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet customer timelines.
• Employment contingent upon successful completion of a background check, drug screening, criminal history check, and motor vehicle record review.

Starting salary ranges from $61,800 to $100,000, plus uncapped commission potential. Salary depends on geography, experience, and the achievement of sales goals.

Weekly hours: 40 hours, regular time type. Locations:
Galt, Lodi, Manteca, Modesto, Stockton, Tracy, California.
