• Represent AT&T in customers' homes and deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments
• Connect with existing customers and engage warm prospects provided through scheduled appointments
• Offer hands‑on demonstrations and Wi‑Fi assessments
• Deliver technology and resolve customer issues
• Upsell products and services to enhance customer value and satisfaction

• Bilingual Spanish
• 1+ years of commission sales experience required
• Outside sales experience highly preferred
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets
• Proficient in upselling techniques
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly
• Valid driver's license
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Successful completion of background check, including drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record
• Ability to work a varied schedule
• Ability to work 40 hours weekly
