West Region Sales Manager

Job Summary

Wholesure Inc, a division of Acrisure, is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager for our West region to drive new business opportunities, maintain and build key agency relationships, and assist brokers in achieving production objectives. The sales manager works closely with the Head of Growth for the region in executing key sales initiatives. In addition, the sales manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of three existing sales representatives covering CA, AK, AZ, CO, HI, , MT, NM, UT, WY, NV, OR and WA.

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of commercial and personal lines sales representatives.
• Establish sales goals, performance expectations and accountability measures.
• Conduct regular agency visits, ride‑alongs and coaching sessions.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Build lasting relationships with key agents and Wholesure brokers.
• Promote cross‑selling strategies within Wholesure.
• Analyze sales results, retention and profitability metrics.
• Conduct performance reviews.
• Develop action plans to improve underperforming territories.

• Develop new leads through mining existing relationships, outreach to partner brokers, research, warm transfer leads, cold‑calling and strategizing with contacts and prospective brokers within your territory.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline through follow‑up calls, emails, and social media.
• Present and demonstrate product via teleconference when necessary.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
• Proactively assess and adjust strategies quickly to maintain and build performance.
• Assess and optimize lead‑conversion strategies for both inbound and outbound leads.
• Foster partnerships with customers, stakeholders, and sponsors.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, networking ability, and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Up to 40% travel is required.
• Candidate will pursue continuing education and insurance designations/licenses as outlined in the training and development plan, requiring self‑study.

• Active Property and Casualty license.
• 8+ years Commercial and/or Personal Lines experience in the wholesale space.
• 3 or more years of experience leading new and/or seasoned sales representatives.
• College degree preferred or equivalent business experience.

Base compensation range: $125,000 - $150,000.

Onsite presence required to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross‑functional partnership.
