Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.;
Monitor access control points by verifying identification, authorizing entry, issuing visitor credentials, and documenting arrivals, departures, and/or deliveries according to site policies.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site leadership and/or emergency services when appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around entry points, trailer yards, warehouse areas, parking areas, and the perimeter, as working environments and conditions may vary by location.;
Help to deter unauthorized access, theft-related activity, and policy violations by observing site activity, maintaining detailed reports, and communicating clearly with employees, visitors, and management.
